Details: D S O and Bar Killed in action 26/10/18 Age 47 292 Kaiser-I-Hind Medal. Order of St. John of Jerusalem in England, 1900. Son of the Rev. Oswald Mangin Holden, B.C.L., M.A. (Oxford), and Henrietta Holden (nee Addenbrooke); husband of Katherine M. Holden, of "The Firs," Wallington, Surrey. Born at Kingswinford, Staffs. Served in the North-west Frontier of Indian Campaign (1908).
