Details: Died of malaria 22/10/18 Age 37 61 Son of the late Matilda Colchester Hewett, of "Glenmore," 49, South View Avenue, Caversham, Reading, widow of Charles Hewett. Served with the Berkshire Yeomanry in the South African War. Enlisted 1914. Wounded near Ramleh, Palestine, October, 1917.
