A member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements and of the Federated Malay States. Hon. Sec. of the Singapore Bar Committee the Straits Settlements Assn. and the King Edward VII Memorial Fund. Capt. of the Singapore Volunteer Inf. Representative of the Straits Settlements at the Coronation of H.M. King George V in 1911. Served in Gallipoli and in France. Born at Slough Bucks. I. C. 39.
