Educated at Aston Hall and Harrow. Secretary and Director of Chas. Moore and Co. Ltd. Chemical Manufacturers Lymm Cheshire. Served in Territorial Force since 1905 promoted Capt. 1912 Mobilised with Regt. at outbreak of War. Twice previously wounded. III. J. 25.
