I am 54 this year, passionate about all things history, particularly The Great War and the American Civil War. I have self published the history of a local castle in Dublin Dunsoghly castle entitled "If a Towerhouse could Talk; the History of Dunsoghly Castle and the Plunkett Family" Details are on Google for anyone interested. I am currently researching another Anglo Irish family called Nunn from Wexford who came to Ireland in the 1650s with Cromwell.I am also currently reading as much as I can about the Zulu Wars. I am a lifelong motorcycle fanatic and have toured the Western Front and the Normandy landings area by motorcycle. The best of both worlds. I am also a pretty lousy fly fisherman, but if God really loves a trier, then he/she must adore me!
