Born in Antwerp in 1949, I was always interested in WW2. My mother survived a V1 flying bomb impact on the harbor in 1944 and my father served as an army volunteer in the first years after the war. With my wife Jeannine we live in Balen , not far away from the CWGC Cemeteries of Geel and Kasterlee. I hope to be a help to TWGPP in completing this photographic database. So families and friends has the opportunity to look at the headstone of their loved ones and to commemorate these brave men. Without the dedication of those heroes we would not be here maybe...
