Graeme Pigott
Graeme lives on the Mid North Coast of NSW with his wife and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels - Bundie & Cola. Joining the Cadet Corp at school, and later the Army Reserve, introduced him to Australia's strong military tradition. An interest in the Lee Enfield rifle, and the men like his grandfather who carried it into battle, still abides but the decision not to pursue a military career was easy - " the Army likes order, I prefer chaos" . He has spent the last twenty plus years working in Emergency Departments including a year in the UK. Whilst there the impact of a trip to the Villers-Bretonneux Cemetery laid the seeds for his volunteering for this project.
