Details: Died of septic pneumonia 9th March 1919. Age 43. Son of Robert Decy Spedding M.A. J.P. (Bengal Civil Service) and of Mary Spedding (nee Cunningham); husband of Caroline D. Spedding of "Lakoja" Pine Avenue Camberley. Served in the South African War (1899-1902). Gazetted to 1st Bn. Border Regt. in 1897 transferred to A.P.D. 1903.
